Summary
Oversee HR operations for a Hyatt hotel division, aligning with corporate strategies and brand standards while managing employee and guest expectations.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
