Director of Institutional Growth

You will develop relationships with prospective institutional issuers, support founders, and build a pipeline for tokenized products. You will drive product adoption, TVL, transaction volume, integrations, liquidity strategies, market access, partner reporting, and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective banks, asset managers, startups, and issuers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective issuers
  • Support founders and early-stage institutional and RWA startups
  • Represent Solana at industry events
  • Drive adoption and TVL growth for live tokenized products
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Create scalable growth playbooks
  • Monitor product performance and identify growth bottlenecks
  • Build liquidity strategies with market makers and DeFi integrations
  • Coordinate access with wallets, custody providers, and platforms
  • Develop secondary-market opportunities, yield opportunities, and use cases
  • Manage post-launch issuer relationships and partner success
  • Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Identify distribution channels and buyer segments
  • Create educational content and sales enablement materials

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product growth or business development experience in digital assets with responsibility for TVL or AUM
  • Experience driving adoption and growth metrics for financial products
  • Understanding of tokenization, real-world assets, DeFi, yield strategies, and digital-asset market structure
  • Experience with liquidity provision, market making, or trading operations
  • Analytical skills

  • Experience working with founders or early-stage companies
  • Retail and technical understanding of Solana
  • Crypto ecosystem building
