About the role
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on IT Leader to shape our technology landscape and spearhead digital transformation at IHRP. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level while leading and developing a dynamic, motivated technology team. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can set direction, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's digital strategy, aligning technology with long-term business goals
Lead the design and execution of the organization's digital roadmap
Champion adoption of AI/ML solutions, process automation, and platform modernization
Oversee all IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and vendor management
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure resilience, and robust cybersecurity practices
Strengthen enterprise systems, cloud architecture, and vendor management
Establish best-in-class data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities
Drive innovation in digital services, data analytics, and platform integration
Ensure full compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards
Serve as the strategic technology advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team
About you
Proven track record in digital transformation, cloud enterprise architecture and AI/ML implementation
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Data Analytics (Power BI/Tableau) and Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
Experience in Singapore's public sector or government-linked organizations will be an advantage
Additional certifications in CISSP, CISA, ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master and certified cloud architect will be a plus
Ability to mentor and grow a high-performing, future-ready IT team
Ability to effectively manage and communicate with the CEO and lead the technology team
