Director of Manufacturing (Grant Funded) (Spring 2027)
SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Directs development, maintenance, and delivery of the Manufacturing Program and Future 48 Workforce Accelerator, responsible for establishing standards for curriculum, safety, and instruction to provide adequate professional standards. Serves as a mentor and supervisor to faculty and staff. Provides administrative and operational support. Serves students enrolled in the Manufacturing Program. Supports faculty, staff, and students by upholding state and national program standards. Evaluates the progress of program outcomes and interprets results for continuous improvement.
