Oversee public relations activities and media relations to maintain strong awareness of the hotel in local, national, regional, and international markets.
Develop press releases, media pitches, and story angles in collaboration with relevant department heads, regional teams, corporate communications, and external agencies.
Act as the hotel's spokesperson when appropriate and ensure media engagement is managed in line with IHG and Hotel Indigo brand guidelines.

Identify and secure opportunities for media exposure, partnerships, hotel-sponsored events, and other initiatives that support the hotel's positioning and business goals.
Monitor competitor hotel activities, market developments, and industry trends, and recommend relevant marketing and communication initiatives.
Collaborate with operational departments on hotel events, CSR, sustainability, and day-to-day activities to ensure consistent communication and effective execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team by setting clear objectives, assigning responsibilities, providing regular feedback, and identifying training and development needs.
Prepare and manage the annual marketing and communications expense budget, monitor expenditure, participate in monthly forecasting, and take corrective action where required.
What we need from you
