Description
Director of Marketing
Parsley Health · Marketing · Remote US, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones and NYC metro · Full-time
About Parsley Health
Parsley Health is rebuilding primary care around root-cause, whole-person medicine. Our members get board-certified clinicians, health coaches, advanced testing, and a care platform that connects the dots across all of it.
We are a mostly virtual medical practice with care available across the country, and we recently expanded in-network access nationwide. As we grow, we are continuing to improve how we connect growth, care delivery, member experience, and financial performance so we can make better decisions and scale sustainably.
About the role
The Director of Marketing owns Parsley's full growth engine with the goal of acquiring more members efficiently. This is a high-visibility role in the driver's seat of Parsley's growth. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll run the channels that drive acquisition today and make sure brand investment shows up in conversion, CAC, and LTV.
We’re looking for a growth marketer with proven results, and with a strong track record of leveraging brand, trust, and storytelling lower acquisition cost and lift conversion, and who manages them accordingly.
What you’ll own
You'll lead a team of in-house specialists, agencies, and contractors to deliver on:
- Growth channels: Own paid media (our primary channel), SEO, lifecycle, and affiliate. Set strategy, budget allocation, and testing priorities, and manage our paid media agency to CAC and payback targets.
- Membership join flow and CRO: Partner with the Growth Product Manager on join-flow and site conversion, and align on a shared testing roadmap.
- Brand, content, and PR: Partner with the Brand Manager on brand strategy and content, and with our PR agency on earned media, so all of it builds demand and trust that show up in conversion and CAC.
- Measurement and planning: Own the marketing plan, budget, and forecast by channel. Define how the brand contributes to growth, report weekly on funnel performance, and make clear reallocation calls.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in growth marketing, with 3+ years leading a multi-channel team at a DTC, subscription, or consumer health company.
- Hands-on ownership of paid media budgets and agency management against CAC and payback targets.
- Direct experience scaling affiliate, SEO, and/or lifecycle/CRM.
- A track record of using brand, content, or PR to move growth metrics
- Strong data fluency, including using AI tools to self-serve and scale both campaigns and analytics.
- Comfortable being both strategist and operator on a lean team
- Healthcare, telehealth, or wellness experience preferred
- Experience marketing insurance-covered services preferred
- Experience partnering with a sales team on lead-to-purchase conversion
