Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual Marketing and PR strategy.
- Manage brand positioning across all digital and offline channels.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and digital communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate press releases, promotional materials, events, and photo/video productions.
- Support Sales and Revenue teams through marketing initiatives that drive business performance.
- Monitor brand reputation, guest feedback, and market trends.
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton/LXR brand standards.
- Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality.
- Previous leadership experience in Marketing or PR.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and content management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
