Director of Marketing

You will lead go-to-market strategy across the Advertising & Rewards portfolio. You will develop positioning, messaging, launch roadmaps, sales enablement, and content; coordinate launches and events; and work across product, growth, design, business development, legal, finance, and central marketing.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy across the Advertising & Rewards portfolio.
• Translate strategic direction into positioning, messaging, launch roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop narratives, competitive positioning, and content strategy.
• Build messaging and marketing plans for brand and agency sales.
• Create sales enablement assets, talk tracks, and competitive positioning.
• Own cross-product messaging frameworks, value propositions, and proof points.
• Maintain the marketing operating model, GTM documentation, calendars, approvals, and launch coordination.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver on-brand, timely launches.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of marketing or go-to-market experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end product launches and positioning.
• Mastery of positioning, messaging, and narrative development.
• Experience launching B2B and B2C products for multiple ICPs.
• Cross-functional leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort with Web3, on-chain technology, identity, zero-party data, ad tech, and loyalty.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches.
• Experience in gaming or games-adjacent industries.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic, or loyalty and rewards.
• Web3, crypto, or identity and privacy marketing experience.
• Experience establishing sales enablement for a new sales team.
• Background in B2B SaaS GTM strategy.
