Job Summary
Wheat State Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our nursing team as Director of Nursing Services. This leadership role oversees nursing operations, supervises clinical staff, and ensures high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing community.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care at Wheat State Manor.
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans in compliance with federal and state regulations and Medicare requirements.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting professional development.
- Monitor clinical documentation, medical records, and HIPAA compliance.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Conduct audits and support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident health, safety, and well-being.
- Manage nursing department staffing and daily operations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
