As a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we offer a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and healthcare services, tailored to the evolving needs of seniors. We are committed to enhancing lives, sharing resources, and collaborating with local organizations to foster a supportive, vibrant, and inclusive community.

We are looking for someone who can strengthen nursing operations, develop future leaders, and help create a culture where exceptional care is the standard.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana and has 3+ years of experience as a nurse.
- Demonstrated nursing leadership and supervisory experience.
- Experience in long-term care, senior living, skilled nursing, or a comparable healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and manage complex operational priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A resident-centered approach with a commitment to dignity, compassion, and quality of care.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
