Director of Operations and Security Services

Scope: The Director of Operations and Security Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across all security operations within the UAE, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and operational profitability. The role will oversee large-scale manpower operations, operational performance, and client relationships while supporting the organisation’s long-term growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all operational security activities across multiple client locations. • Drive operational efficiency, manpower optimisation, service quality, and regulatory compliance in line with local regulatory requirements. • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and manage major operational escalations and incidents. • Support business growth, contract retention, and operational profitability through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience within the security services industry, including significant leadership experience managing large-scale operations. • Strong understanding of UAE security regulations and SIRA compliance requirements. • Security-related certifications are advantageous. • Strong experience in client relationship management, operational governance, and service delivery management Essential Skills: • Strategic leadership and operational management • Client relationship and stakeholder management • Financial and commercial awareness • Crisis management and decision-making • Regulatory and compliance management • Communication and executive reporting and presentation skills
