Position Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Community Living Services is responsible for the overall administration, management, and strategic oversight of a large multi-site Community Living program. The Director ensures quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, and person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Community Living residential programs.
• Supervise and support Community Living management staff and health services personnel.
• Ensure compliance with DDA, LTSS, Community Settings Rule, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, employee relations, and workforce development.
• Monitor staffing models, operational performance, and program outcomes.
• Support admissions, transitions, incident management, and risk mitigation processes.
• Build strong relationships with families, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call leadership responsibilities and maintain a visible presence across residential sites.
