You will lead all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations Ensure compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements Direct plant operations and maintenance activities to meet production, reliability, and customer commitments Lead and develop a high-performing operations and maintenance team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement Establish operational priorities and coordinate resources across functions to support business objectives Further, you will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talent development Lead change initiatives that improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business results Build partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer teams to achieve strategic objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational performance and supply reliability And you will maintain effective customer communication and resolve operational concerns to support long-term relationships Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, productivity improvements, cost reduction projects, and reliability improvements You will lead root cause investigations, 8D reports, after-action reviews, and corrective action plans related to operational events and supply interruptions Ensure timely completion of action items resulting from audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage plant operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and support capital, maintenance, and long-range planning activities Track and manage financial performance for routine operations and project execution activities
