Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations to meet brand standards and guest expectations, managing departments like front desk, housekeeping, and food services in Gurgaon.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel Operations and to ensure that the various all departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
