Director of Operations Readiness

You will own the end-to-end endpoint launch process, from planning and budgeting through activation and transition to steady-state operations. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, deploy operations teams, manage risks, and report launch progress and performance to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the master launch plan, timeline, and budget for new endpoint activations
- Align Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Government Affairs, and Operations on milestones and blockers
- Oversee the selection, training, and deployment of Senior Operations Manager teams
- Monitor launch progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide executive leadership with updates on launch status, budget adherence, and KPIs
- Build local leadership and operational capacity to transition sites to steady-state operations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- 4+ years leading multiple annual product, site, or technology launches nationwide or globally
- Financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility
- Communication skills to influence and align diverse teams
- Ability to travel for extensive periods of time
