  • Lead and develop the performance marketing function, including a high-performing team and agency partners.
  • Embed a rigorous test-and-learn culture across channels, audiences, creative, and propositions.
  • Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to drive workflow efficiency, insight, and optimisation.

  • Proven success in scaling acquisition for a consumer-focused digital business, such as fintech, subscription, marketplace, or app-led services.
  • Deep hands-on understanding of performance channels, especially Meta, Google, and app store acquisition.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets and performance-driven investment decisions.
  • Advanced analytical capability, comfortable with data, experimentation, and incrementality measurement.
  • Experience working with or alongside customer analytics, product, and MarTech teams to drive holistic growth.
  • Confidence leading agencies and internal teams, with a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance marketing effectiveness and decision-making.

What They Offer
