DIRECTOR OF PLANS

You will serve as a DIRECTOR OF PLANS of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

You will serve as the lead planner for the Naval Strategy Panel and its supporting flag level steering and action officer working groups.

You will review, edit, and coordinate briefings and presentations for strategic alignment, analytic rigor, and functional consistency with NDP objectives and campaigns.

You will identify, design, and implements plans, concepts and campaigns that will enhance the competitive posture and warfighting advantage of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.

You will execute the full range of supervisory and human resources functions for the Information Operations Branch, including performance management, leadership and mentoring of assigned personnel.

You will develop and implement work plans to produce quality products for senior leaders in the Department of Navy and Department of War.
