About the Role
We are looking for a leader to head our Power Systems business, covering internal combustion engine-based power solutions: generator sets, spare parts, and service. This is a position with full commercial responsibility for the P&L, the team, and market share.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the division, including equipment sales, spare parts, service, and customer support
- Deliver targets for revenue, profit, margin, and market share
- Develop and execute the strategy for the division and the territory
- Manage the division’s financial performance: P&L, cash flow, accounts receivable, inventory, turnover, and costs
- Grow the existing customer base, win new customers, and lead key negotiations
- Plan sales, build forecasts and budgets, and track KPIs
- Build and develop the team: goal setting, motivation, and performance evaluation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading sales or a regional business in the sale of generator equipment and technical solutions
- Experience managing a division or business line with commercial accountability
- Hands-on experience managing P&L, margins, and budgets
- Experience developing B2B sales and growing a customer base
- Understanding of internal combustion engine-based equipment and basic knowledge of electrical engineering
- Advanced English
- Higher education, preferably technical
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic and operational thinking, financial acumen, decisiveness, and ownership of results
