Modlogiq Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procurement & Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations supporting our modular manufacturing and construction business. This senior leadership role will drive sourcing strategies, build strong supplier partnerships, optimize costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure material availability to support production schedules and project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in procurement and supply chain leadership within manufacturing, construction, modular building, or related industries. They will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Estimating, Finance, and Project Management teams while leading initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen supplier performance, and support the company's continued growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing.
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience in modular construction, construction, manufacturing, building materials, industrial manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar procurement budgets.
- Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and supply chain management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offsite construction, prefabrication, or modular manufacturing.
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPSD, CPM, CSCP, or equivalent.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
- Experience with large-scale capital equipment procurement.
