# Director / Senior Director – Procurement & Fleet Partner Management ## Company Overview Routematic is a technology-led mobility business focused on enhancing transportation solutions. Our company culture emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and strategic excellence. ## Job Summary This leadership role owns the commercial side of Routematic's fleet partner ecosystem. The incumbent will drive procurement strategy, fleet partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, pricing, contract management, and transportation unit economics while working closely with Finance, Operations, and Business teams. ## Responsibilities - Own the **commercial P&L** of the fleet partner ecosystem and drive ride-level profitability. - Lead the **sourcing, onboarding**, and management of fleet operators across geographies. - Negotiate **commercial contracts**, pricing, credit terms, SLAs, and long-term agreements. - Build strategic relationships with fleet partners and ensure **performance governance**. - Drive cost optimization, vendor productivity, and **commercial efficiency**. - Partner with Finance on **budgeting**, forecasting, and procurement governance. - Monitor vendor performance, utilization, compliance, and **operational KPIs**. - Lead and mentor **procurement/vendor management teams** while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. ## Qualifications - 12–18+ years of experience in procurement, transportation, mobility, logistics, or supply chain. - Strong ownership of **P&L**, budgeting, and commercial decision-making. - Hands-on experience negotiating **fleet/operator contracts** and managing vendor relationships. - Deep understanding of **fleet economics**, pricing models, and transportation operations. - Excellent **stakeholder management** with exposure to senior leadership/CXO interactions. - Experience leading large teams and managing **multi-city operations**. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Background in **corporate mobility**, employee transportation, ride-hailing, fleet management, logistics, last-mile delivery, or transportation aggregators. ## Experience - Minimum of 12 years in relevant fields with a focus on procurement and fleet management. ## Environment This position is based in **Bengaluru** and reports directly to the **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**.
