Director of Product Management
You will define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. You will manage the product roadmap and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, recruit new talent, and foster a culture of innovation. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch, defining requirements and user stories along the way. You will act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters, presenting strategy and roadmap to senior management and building relationships with customers and partners. You will analyze product data and metrics, manage budgets and forecasts, and track key performance indicators to measure product success. This role reports to the CTO of Bitdeer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market analysis and customer feedback
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
- Define team goals, track performance, and provide feedback and coaching
- Recruit and onboard new product management talent
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on product development and launch
- Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to retirement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters
- Present product strategy and roadmap to senior management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Analyze product data and metrics to identify trends and insights
- Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to product success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MS degree preferred
- Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans
- Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
