About the role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our cloud security portfolio from our Broomfield, Colorado headquarters.

This is a leadership role with real scope. You will own the strategy for how our platform detects and investigates threats in cloud environments, lead a team of product managers, and work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, threat research, and go-to-market on what we build and why.

We are looking for someone who forms opinions from customer evidence rather than from the loudest voice in the room, and who can write those opinions down clearly enough to align an organization behind them.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the cloud security portfolio, and articulate how it fits the wider TDIR platform.
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting direction and developing their craft.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to plan delivery, make scope trade-offs, and ship on a predictable cadence.
  • Talk to customers and prospects regularly, and turn what you learn into prioritised, well-specified product decisions.
  • Work with threat research so the roadmap reflects how adversaries actually operate in cloud environments.
  • Define positioning and launch plans with product marketing, and support sales and customer success with enablement.
  • Establish the measures the team uses to judge whether a release solved the problem it set out to solve.
  • Represent the portfolio to executives and to customers, including at industry events.
Essential
  • Substantial product management experience in enterprise software, including time spent leading other product managers.
  • Depth in cybersecurity, ideally across cloud security, SIEM, or security operations tooling.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product area from strategy through to shipped releases and measured outcomes.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering on technical trade-offs and to earn credibility with engineers.
  • Strong written communication, including the ability to make a clear written case for a decision.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences and to customers.
Desirable
  • Hands-on background in security engineering, security operations, or cloud architecture.
  • Experience with the security services of the major cloud providers.
  • Experience integrating an acquired product line into an existing platform.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
  • Competitive health packages
  • Life insurance
  • Pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k)
  • Parental leave
  • Wellness and education
  • Flexible vacation
  • Recharge 'Thank You' days
