Job Summary
You will lead the product roadmap and discovery for both consumer and employer platforms, collaborating with engineering, UI/UX, and medical teams to deliver clinically sound, compliant digital health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the consumer application and employer-facing platform to drive strategic growth
- Lead product discovery and user research to identify customer needs and validate product concepts
- Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams to plan, develop, and deliver AI powered, high-quality product releases on schedule
- Partner with the medical advisor to ensure all product features comply with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience
