Director of Product Wallets and Treasury

You will lead product strategy for enterprise wallets custody treasury infrastructure and onchain financial products. You will help businesses securely hold control move reconcile and deploy stablecoins and other digital assets. You will define product direction across custodial non-custodial embedded and hybrid wallets and turn strategic ideas into launched products with measurable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise wallet product strategy across custodial and non-custodial environments
• Build onchain treasury products for balances liquidity permissions policies counterparties and operations
• Enable programmable rules for accessing authorizing transferring automating and deploying money
• Create pathways for users to access onchain yield liquidity and DeFi opportunities
• Connect stored wallet balances to payments payouts transfers and other financial workflows
• Develop product strategies for custodial non-custodial embedded and hybrid wallet architectures
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their financial operations and infrastructure needs
• Build an integrated ecosystem with wallets custodians issuers DeFi protocols and liquidity providers
• Lead products from strategy through launch and scaled adoption
• Define success metrics and make product and technical tradeoffs with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience in enterprise wallets custody payments treasury fintech or crypto infrastructure
• Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure
• Deep understanding of wallet architecture key management signing permissions policy engines transaction workflows and security
• Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallets
• Track record shipping payments money movement treasury or financial infrastructure products at scale
• Strong knowledge of stablecoins decentralized finance onchain liquidity and yield products
• Understanding of security controls compliance reconciliation liquidity reliability and financial-system integration
• Understanding of consumer wallet experiences and the differing needs of businesses developers and end users
• Technical depth sufficient to work closely with blockchain and infrastructure engineers
• Strong product judgment for systems involving money security and trust
• Ability to turn strategic vision into a focused roadmap and deliver it
