Director of Project Management (Data Center)
Description
Salary: ฿200,000 – ฿250,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to commissioning and final handover.
Drive project performance, ensuring delivery targets, budgets, quality standards and contractual commitments are achieved.
Oversee engineering coordination, procurement, construction and contractor management.
Monitor project financial performance, cost control, profitability, cash flow and commercial risks.
Manage project contracts, variations, claims and key customer relationships.
Identify project risks, resolve critical issues and lead recovery plans for delayed or underperforming projects.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead, develop and motivate Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Establish effective project governance, reporting and performance management practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive experiences of project or program management experience in Data Center, engineering, MEP, construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects from inception through completion.
Good understanding of engineering, construction, project controls and commercial management.
Strong capabilities in budgeting, cost control, contract administration, risk management and project delivery.
Experience working with Government, enterprise customers or major infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of Thai and English.
PMP, PRINCE2 or relevant professional engineering certification is an advantage.
