Summary
Leads quality assurance, corporate compliance, and continuous improvement for Alternatives, Inc., a human-services organization in Raritan, NJ that supports adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Full-time, on-site role reporting to the VP of QA & Corporate Compliance, requiring 9am-5pm availability plus some evenings and weekends.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Director of Quality Assurance & Corporate Compliance to lead our organization's quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Schedule: Monday–Friday [Required to be available during normal business hours (9am-5pm), as well as some evenings and weekends as needed]
