Summary/Objective
In keeping with our organization’s goals, the Talent Aquisition Manager leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of talent acquisition across all our facilities. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines for high-volume clinical and non-clinical roles, and improving time-to-fill while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Executive Recruitment Process for the organization, including sourcing, evaluating, and securing top tier leadership talent to align with organizational goals and culture.
- Develop and oversee execution of recruitment strategies tailored to skilled nursing, long term care settings, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support roles as well as corporate position and other roles as needed.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including wage analysis, job postings, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement initiatives to retain employees, including compensation and benefits packages, recognition programs, and opportunities for professional development.
- Lead and manage a team of corporate recruiters, as well as work with the HR Director recruitment efforts across multiple facilities.
- Partner with the VP of HR, Operations and Facility leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs, establish and maintain metrics to measure staffing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular wage analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific hiring regulations. Stay informed of industry trends, labor laws, and compliance regulations affecting recruitment and hiring practices. Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and ethical standards, including adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and non-discriminatory practices.
- Evaluate and improve recruiting technology, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS, Mega Data).
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, including job boards, schools, universities, and background check providers.
- Champion candidate experience and employer branding initiatives specific to the long-term care space.
- Drive process improvements to reduce hiring bottlenecks, time to fill and improve offer acceptance rates.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the recruiting team.
