Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the daily operations of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
Develop, manage, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to support quality patient outcomes.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop rehabilitation staff.
Provide clinical leadership and maintain a defined percentage of direct patient care.
Develop and monitor department budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management initiatives.
Monitor department performance, productivity, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, employee engagement, and exceptional patient care.
Support marketing and business development efforts to promote rehabilitation services and program growth.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Current PT, OT, or SLP license in the state where the hospital is located.
- Current BLS certification required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital setting preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with administrative and operational priorities.
Passion for developing teams and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Pay Range
USD $105,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.About PAM Health
