Director of Research Programs

You will write research tracks for Sprints and Fellowships, maintain a view of AI safety research agendas, and design programs that identify and develop talent. You will own the program portfolio, evaluation and impact reporting, manage field-building staff, and report KPIs and OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Write research tracks for Sprint and Fellowship cohorts
• Maintain a map of AI safety research agendas
• Design programs to identify and develop talent
• Choose program partners, sponsors, universities, and local groups
• Own the Sprint calendar and program portfolio
• Develop theories of change, premortems, postmortems, and impact reports
• Manage the Field Building Division
• Propose contractors and expert collaborations
• Report KPIs and OKRs
