Director of Residential Services – Position Summary
Schedule: Full Time; includes on-call responsibilities, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $29.30 - $36.20/hr.
Location: Broome County, NY

Position Overview: The Director of Residential Services provides leadership and operational oversight for residential programs, ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs.
- Ensure compliance with NYS OPWDD, Medicaid, and agency requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise management staff.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor program quality, service delivery, and financial performance.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and residential service planning.
- Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and recordkeeping practices.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Respond to incidents, safety concerns, and compliance matters.
- Participate in on-call leadership coverage and agency initiatives.
