Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven First Line Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales representatives. As a First Line Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring your team, and ensuring targets are met. You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve individual and team performance, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they achieve sales targets and meet company expectations.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity to ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed goals.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Develop strategies to drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.

Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of team members, ensuring they are

knowledgeable about products, services, and sales techniques.

Conduct role-playing sessions, workshops, and provide feedback to improve sales

performance.

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and forecasts to CRO.

Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor progress, and manage pipeline

opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role, such as Sales Team Lead, Sales Supervisor, or Sales Manager.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in CRM software

Ability to thrive in a performance culture

Ability to travel as needed to support team and business needs. Likely 40-60% of the time across the Southeast US

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in field service sales

Strong understanding of sales training, sales process and scaling
