Required Qualifications
• Experience in security management, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supervising security operations in a large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or entertainment-oriented property.
• A verifiable track record of building, training, and growing security teams with strong service standards.
• Comfort and availability working evenings, weekends, and during special events on a regular basis — this role is not a standard 9-to-5.
• Strong knowledge of security technology, systems, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
