Director of Service Delivery: Implementation & Training

Parelio is seeking an experienced Director of Service Delivery to help us make our consultative support & implementation services as robust and well architected as the software solutions that we deliver. You will be responsible for building and managing a team that will implement and train new clients as well as act as relationship managers and product consultants after the client has gone live. The ideal candidate will be a quick study at understanding and building the workflows associated with implementing new clients and leading the team that can execute a successful implementation while leading the client to achieve specific, measurable outcomes.
As a division leader, you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats while offering up creative yet pragmatic solutions while working collaboratively with our Director of Support & her team to ensure ongoing client success.
You will also enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, either from our offices in Durham, NC or remotely, anywhere in the world. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Core Skills & Requirements
- Experience overseeing account managers and project managers.
- Experience managing major accounts and major software deployments.
- Desire to be resident Product Professor, in guiding and training your staff in how to best assist clients in achieving maximum ROI through consultation, training and analysis.
- Ability to guide and develop a training and implementation system that leverages scaffolded learning.
- Be a natural team player with a desire to grow and improve both personally and as a team.
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and work clients and team members through the solution in a professional, consultative manner.
- Experience with building a metrics based score card that measures team success.
Desirable Past Experience
- Experience with HIPAA and Hitech and/or the medical device industry.
- Experience as a business consultant or analyst in a SaaS environment.
- Experience building and managing a high performing team that has delivered upon the above.
- Certification, or equivalent experience, in change management or adjustment counseling.
- Experience working on a distributed team.
