Drive strategic service line growth by building clinical networks.
Direct physician and EMS relationships through proactive communication channels with providers and surgical groups to streamline referral networks.
Guide operational alignment by keeping medical committees informed on system migrations, facility updates, and Transfer Center developments.
Elevate community care retention by formalizing provider networks to expand local clinical services.
Strengthen strategic partnerships by offering unified oversight to build long-term trust, increase visibility, and drive regional business development.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Proven track record in data-driven strategic planning, service line growth, and driving physician outreach or healthcare sales.
- Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude.
- Ability to communicate concise, compelling recommendations (written & verbal) to executive and senior leadership.
- Calls for strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
