About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving recruitment initiatives.

• Strong understanding of higher education enrollment trends and student demographics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Experience working in diverse educational environments with a focus on inclusive recruitment.

• Proficiency with CRM and enrollment management software.
