Summary
Oversees on-campus student housing and residence life programs for 356 students across six facilities, managing staff and ensuring a positive student experience.
12 MONTH FULL TIME POSITION
DIRECTOR OF STUDENTS & RESIDENCE LIFE, RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR:
Responsible for the direct leadership, supervision, coordination and management of a residence life program of approximately 356 students, including six facilities and supervision of professional and student staff. responsible for the direct leadership and management of the residence and student life programs. Required to live on-campus. Must possess sound communication, organization and supervisory skills; demonstrate a positive student-centered approach and ability to work in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute for education), experience in related management, supervisory and/or student service area preferred.
