Key Results:
Developing and executing the 1 year functional/regional people and business strategy; ensuring that goals and objectives align with the organization's overall strategy and vision.
Participating in the strategic budget planning and forecasting process and managing the P&L performance of the function/region.
Providing functional/regional subject matter expertise and establishing standards and best practices.
Evaluating and assessing team performance and effectiveness; overseeing the planning and allocation of resources to deliver quality and timely results.
Mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to direct team members and managers at all levels; driving team culture and engagement aligned with PDI's mission, vision, brand, and value proposition.
Analyzing trends and metrics to make data-driven decisions; championing process improvement opportunities, providing value-add insights/recommendations, and leading functional change management initiatives.
