Director of Talent Management

The Director of Talent Management is responsible for leading the organization’s global talent strategy, including talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with executive leadership and HR teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent that supports the company’s long-term business goals. The Director of Talent ensures the organization has the right people, skills, and leadership pipeline to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall global talent strategy, aligning hiring, development, and retention initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead and oversee talent acquisition, ensuring efficient, high-quality recruiting processes and strong candidate experiences.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future workforce needs and build strategies to address talent gaps.
  • Establish and manage performance management frameworks that support employee growth and accountability.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate recruiting, retention, and development outcomes and improve talent practices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing talent and recruiting team.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and employer brand.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation, DEI initiatives, onboarding, and organizational design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR with an emphasis on talent management.
  • Proven experience building and leading talent acquisition and development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and influence organizational strategy.
  • Experience using HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience scaling talent programs in a high-growth or complex organization
