Job Description:
The Director of Patient Services provides leadership in organizing, planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating resources to deliver optimum patient care in a cost-effective manner, consistent with the Center's Mission and Philosophy.
- Supervises the Patient Services Management Team and others with a direct reporting relationship to the Director Patient Services.
- Accountable for total manpower division and effective productivity measurement for the designated departments in the Division of Patient Services.
- Accountable for cost effective financial performance of all resources, including manpower, supplies, and equipment for the designated departments in the Division of Patient Services.
Participates as a member in the Operations and Leadership Councils communication and decision-making bodies.
