What you’ll do
Manage the strategy, planning and execution of all paid marketing and customer acquisition programs
Perform strategic analysis: drawing insights to optimize campaign performance
Develop metrics to quantify LTV of Counsyl customers and clinics
Drive customer acquisition via online and offline marketing channels, including a mix of SEO, display, social, retargeting, affiliate marketing, print, TV and more
Develop and measure KPIs and establish linkage between campaign performance and sales growth
Build and Manage highly analytical marketing team
About you
3-5+ years in a proven, performance marketing capacity
Holds a BS, MBA or PhD in a quantitative discipline from a competitive school
Highly analytical, with the ability to synthesize complex data into a concrete recommendation and plan of action
Significant past focus on customer growth and user acquisition
Success building performance marketing programs and teams
- Hands on experience in performance marketing roles (i.e. SEM/SEO, display campaign management, etc.)
