Part-Time Personal Assistant – Digital Marketing

AVA is looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant with strong digital marketing skills to support our TCM wellness, herbal tea and dessert business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, scheduling and follow-ups.
• Plan and manage social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Create attractive posters, promotional materials, short videos and captions.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and customer engagement.
• Update website content and online business listings.
• Monitor campaign results and suggest ways to increase brand awareness, enquiries and sales.
• Coordinate with staff, suppliers and external service providers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.
• Able to take appealing product photos and create engaging short videos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English and Mandarin preferred for bilingual content creation.
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with good time-management skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative and handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience in F&B, wellness, beauty or TCM marketing is an advantage.
• Students and freelancers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Marine Parade MRT, The Anchor, #B1-16
Working Hours: Part-time; schedule to be discussed
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and availability
