Facility: Georgetown Urgent Care
Department/Specialty: Urgent Care
Schedule: Full Time l Monday - Saturday 8:00a - 8:00p w/ Sunday 9:00a - 5:00p
Establish strategic goals, operational standards and clinic policies consistent with clinical excellence, administrative objectives, ethical requirements and legal compliance.
Direct all workforce management activities—including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations and continuing education—to build high-performing practice teams.
Manage multi-site operational and capital budgets to ensure strict fiscal discipline, resource allocation and compliance during internal and external audits.
Evaluate practice performance metrics and clinical quality outcomes to streamline operations, enhance patient access and elevate the overall care experience.

Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
