The role
We're looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to lead the platform and infrastructure function supporting our SaaS and Marketplace engineering organizations. This is a hands-on infrastructure leadership role, leading a distributed team of roughly 10 people spanning multiple regions and time zones, including a dedicated SRE-focused group.
Where you’ll work
You must be located in Poland to be considered for this position, and we prefer candidates based in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely or from our Warsaw office. That said, you should expect to come into the Warsaw office roughly once a month for 2–3 days to meet with the team in person. This cadence may vary depending on business needs, but it's the general rhythm we're planning for.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and grow a distributed platform and infrastructure organization, staying hands-on with the team when issues arise.
Drive infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives, including moving services to managed cloud offerings.
Own reliability, deployment, and disaster recovery practices across the organization's core environments.
Set engineering standards for infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and operational resilience.
Partner with engineering and senior leadership to translate platform strategy into practical roadmaps.
What you’ll need
Significant experience leading technical or engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience with a major cloud provider and modern infrastructure practices.
A track record leading and developing teams, including through incidents and high-pressure situations.
Experience working in a product-driven technology company.
Comfort leading distributed, cross-regional teams.
