Director, Product Design

Meta is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead product design for the Agent Transformation Accelerator (ATA). This senior individual contributor will set direction for agent-powered tools that help people plan, create, collaborate, and get work done across mobile, desktop, and new devices. The work sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems design, and hands-on prototyping. You will partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, research, and design to define new interaction models for agents and turn technical capabilities into products people can understand and trust. The scope includes information architecture, multi-agent workflows, cross-device continuity, human-in-the-loop controls, and quality systems. We are looking for a designer who can make sense of ambiguous problems, build working prototypes, and guide several teams without relying on formal authority.
