DIRECTOR, PRODUCT - INSURANCE

Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will lead product strategy for our GreenShield’s Insurance product portfolio. You’ll partner with product teams across our Health and Insurance portfolio to drive outcomes that matter and deliver integrated experiences across our products to achieve out payer-provider strategy. Responsibilities: Define the strategic direction for our insurance product portfolio comprised of member, employer, advisor and internal stakeholders Develop the Insurance product roadmap that is consistent with the GreenShield’s overall strategies and maintain a vision for the future of the platform. Lead and guide the Product Managers in aligning the insurance product development with GreenShield’s vision and strategic goals. Work with Insurance Product Specialists to ensure seamless information sharing across product functions. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Cloud Services teams. Support operations, marketing and sales with the creation and delivery of product demonstrations, collateral and communication of future vision and roadmap. Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and lead partnership discussions to enhance GreenShield’s product offerings Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, balancing speed to market with risk management. Oversee product-related training, including presentations and demos.
