Description

As the Director, Product Management – Agency Solutions, reporting to the VP of Product Management on the Innovation & Development team, you will lead product strategy and execution across Moore’s Agency roadmap. You will set the vision and multi-year roadmap for Agency Solutions, partner with Agency Leaders and executive stakeholders to identify where product and technology can create the greatest client and business value, and turn that strategy into delivered capabilities. Many of the products Agency Solutions will build depend on data & analytics, so a proven analytics background and skill set are essential to this role. You will work across engineering, data management, data science, analytics, creative technology, operations, finance, design, and go-to-market partners to align priorities, make investment trade-offs, and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a senior leadership role that starts hands-on, owning strategy and delivery directly, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the Agency Solutions portfolio grows.

This is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote position.
