Director, Product Management (Direction Network/Cloud Security)
LevelBlue reduces risk and builds lasting resilience so organizations can innovate and advance their mission with confidence. As the world’s most analyst-recognized and largest pure-play managed security services provider, LevelBlue elevates client outcomes that matter: stronger defense, faster response, and sustained business continuity. LevelBlue combines AI-powered security operations, advanced threat intelligence, and elite human expertise to provide the most comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory, managed security, offensive security, and incident response services.
About the Role
We're looking for a senior product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of LevelBlue's Managed Network & Cloud Products & Services — SASE/SSE, Cloud and Web/Email Security. You will lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, set the technical and commercial vision for the platform, and be the primary voice connecting Engineering, R&D, SOC operations, Sales, and executive leadership on where the platform is headed and why.
What You'll Own
Network and Cloud security strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap spanning LevelBlue's product and offering portfolio
A team of Product Managers and Product Owners covering the P&L, platform requirements, and adjacent product lines across the portfolio — hiring, coaching, and setting operating rhythm
Prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing platform investments (new capabilities vs. technical debt vs. platform migration/modernization work, including ongoing initiatives like the Indigo platform transition)
Executive-level reporting to broader leadership on platform health, roadmap progress, and business impact
What You'll Do
Define and communicate the Network & Cloud security north star, and translate evolving network and cloud security shifts and market dynamics into a coherent multi-year roadmap across LevelBlue's product lines
Partner with Engineering and R&D leadership to align roadmap commitments with delivery capacity and platform architecture decisions
Own the business cases, investment prioritization, and build-vs-buy/partner decisions across the full product portfolio
Guide major platform initiatives (migrations, modernization, consolidation of legacy systems across combined entities) from strategy through execution
Represent the platform to executive leadership, board-level updates, and key customer/partner conversations as needed
Build and scale a high-performing product team, establishing shared standards for roadmapping, requirements, and cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and the SOC/service delivery organization to ensure the platform roadmap reflects real customer, analyst, and market needs and supports go-to-market readiness across all offerings
Own platform-level KPIs — adoption, reliability/uptime, time-to-market for new capabilities, operational efficiency, and revenue/retention impact across LevelBlue's product portfolio
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product teams in a leadership/people-management capacity
Proven track record building and scaling network and/or cloud security platforms across managed detection and response, network security, and cloud security product lines
Strong technical and business fluency — able to work directly with Engineering and R&D on architecture, data pipelines, and platform trade-offs
Demonstrated success managing a P&L, building business cases, and securing executive investment for platform initiatives
Experience leading major platform migrations or modernization efforts, ideally in a post-merger or multi-entity environment
Excellent executive communication skills — comfortable presenting to CPO, C-suite, and board-level audiences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
