About the Team

You will be part of a high-impact, fast moving product management team driving our portfolio of data security products serving customer needs around ransomware detection & response, eDiscovery operations, DSPM and agentic AI for data security.

Role Purpose & Impact

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead execution and team leadership across the data security portfolio of products. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Management.

The Director will act as the operational product leader for the portfolio—owning execution rigor, coaching Product Managers, managing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that the R&D teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. This is a player–coach role that requires deep engagement with teams, customers, and stakeholders on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers, analysts and partners to maintain a pulse and point of view on the market
  • Develop vision & product strategy in collaboration with product leaders and executives
  • Build & execute on product roadmap in collaboration with engineering & design teams
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of product managers /owners
  • Lead regular tracking, analysis of business trends, product engagement metrics and develop insights, actions based on business needs
  • Regularly track product engagement metrics, meet with customers and continuously look to optimize for a great product and customer experience
  • Partner with pricing team to develop pricing, packaging strategies and track operational metrics for continued evolution of the same
  • Partner with GTM teams for product launch, field enablement & other GTM activities
  • Regularly engage field field (AEs, SEs, SMEs) teams to support sales opportunities and continuously iterate on supporting GTM machinery to ensure maximum business impact

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 12+ years experience; 8–10 years in product management
  • Experience managing senior PMs
  • Security domain expertise (EDR/AV, SOC Workflows/Products, GRC workflows/products)
  • Strong execution and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Hustler with a keen sense of agency, can-do attitude
  • Continuous learner who has a roll up your sleeves approach to keeping up with the latest in technology

What Success Looks Like in the Role

You are actively seen as the go-to operational product leader for the data security products by cross functional teams. You are actively driving the R&D roadmap, business impact and are elevating the security PM team in terms of execution rigor, personal skill & career growth. You have a good pulse of the market, customers and can actively see around the corner and drive roadmap, GTM activities accordingly.

What We Offer

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $209,000.00 and $293,000.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
