Working closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other teams, you will have significant influence over the company's next stage of growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the overall product marketing and positioning strategy, defining differentiated messaging and a clear company narrative that can be consistently applied across go-to-market channels.

  • Shape analyst relations and external market positioning, developing relationships with industry analysts and representing the business through briefings, webinars, press opportunities, and other external forums.
  • Set the go-to-market strategy across the product portfolio, including launch planning, messaging, market testing, customer communications, and adoption programs.
  • Establish the execution standards and operating rhythms for Product Marketing, ensuring work is consistent, measurable, and connected to business outcomes such as pipeline, adoption, retention, and competitive performance.
  • Build an AI-enabled Product Marketing practice by introducing effective tools, workflows, shared context, and repeatable processes that improve the quality and scale of the team's output.
  • Partner with Product and commercial leadership to influence roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, launch sequencing, and broader go-to-market decisions through market and customer insight.
  • Oversee sales and customer enablement resources, including positioning documents, battlecards, playbooks, demo narratives, objection handling, and other living resources that help commercial teams communicate value effectively.
  • Train and support Sales and Customer Success teams on positioning, use cases, differentiation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead and coach two Product Marketing Managers, providing direct feedback, setting a high quality bar, supporting career development, and helping them expand their strategic ownership.
  • Own team structure, priorities, processes, templates, portfolio coverage, and quarterly planning to ensure Product Marketing operates effectively as the business scales.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including significant Product Marketing leadership and direct people management experience.
    • Proven experience owning company-level positioning and messaging for a complex or multi-product SaaS platform, ideally involving a meaningful repositioning, category evolution, or change in market narrative.
    • Strong track record leading go-to-market strategy across a product portfolio, from segmentation and launches through enablement, customer communications, and market adoption.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate customer research, competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and market data into decisions around positioning, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and investment priorities.
    • Experience building strong relationships and credibility with executives, Sales, Product, Customer Success, customers, and industry analysts, with the ability to influence without relying on formal authority.
    • Proven experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing Product Marketing teams while raising the strategic and executional standards of the function.
    • Commercial mindset with experience measuring Product Marketing against tangible business outcomes, including pipeline, adoption, retention, and competitive performance.
    • Practical AI fluency, including experience changing team workflows through AI, developing repeatable AI-assisted processes, and demonstrating improvements in quality, efficiency, or scale.
