The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior program authority responsible for planning, administering, evaluating, and continually strengthening the oversight of the AbilityOne Program by monitoring Central Nonprofit Agency (CNA) compliance with Commission regulations, policies, and written agreements through compliance inspections, audits, and data collection Duties performed: Ensure all deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations align with statute, regulation, and Commission policy; Oversee the development and implementation of the Commission's audit plan to measure CNA effectiveness and compliance with Commission policies and the performance measures described in the Cooperative Agreements; Lead targeted reviews and/or audits of Nonprofit Agencies (NPAs)/Central Nonprofit Agencies (CNAs) and special studies aimed at identifying systemic vulnerabilities; Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement; Provides clarity and interpretation of authoritative guidance to stakeholders across the AbilityOne enterprise.
